Your main responsibilities :
The structural technician - project manager will participate in the coordination of projects in collaboration with the engineering team, and will mainly carry out structural inspections and surveys related to foundations and telecommunication and energy transmission structures such as guyed, self-supporting and monopole towers, antennas, rooftop structures and other specialized structures. In addition, the incumbent will also be involved in survey and inspection work related to projects to secure working environments.
- Project management with customers and subcontractors
- Participate in start-up meetings and technical coordination with team members
- Survey, verify and validate standard structural elements of existing structures (at height).
- Write inspection reports
- Produce 2D or 3D drawings using Autocad and/or REVIT structure.
Your qualifications:
- DEC in civil engineering technology or architecture
- One to 3 years' relevant experience - experience in the consulting engineering field in Quebec will be considered an asset
- Solid knowledge of Autocad drafting software;
- Good knowledge of Revit Structure (an asset)
- Valid ASP-construction card
- Valid driver's license
- Inspection experience (an asset)
- SPRAT I certification (an asset)
